Professional trainings for journalists organized by Global Management with the participation of Haber Global executives

The “Media Training Program” was held on February 28–March 1, 2024, organized by Global Management, an outsourcing company, part of Global Media Group. The program featured renowned Turkish media experts, including Özgür Feyiz and Hasan Uylaş, heads of the Ankara and Istanbul news departments of Haber Global television channel, and Murat Karataş, senior correspondent for strategy and security. Nearly 60 journalists representing leading online media outlets, newspapers, and news agencies in the country took part in the program.
Trainer Özgür Feyiz provided participants with insights into key media trends, mobile journalism, live broadcasting and teaser techniques, the impact of new applications on journalism, applied photography and video production methods, as well as ethical considerations in mobile reporting and live coverage.
Hasan Uylaş discussed live broadcast practices, the social impact of mobile journalism, improving news quality, and strengthening visual storytelling skills.
On the third day, media expert Murat Karataş shared his practical experience in live reporting, mobile journalism, and the development of visual competencies.
The primary objective of the program was to facilitate knowledge exchange on emerging journalistic practices shaped by rapid technological advancement — ranging from digital journalism to the effective use of modern technical tools.
