The results of the “Individual Journalism Competition,” announced on June 18 by the Media Development Agency, have been revealed.
Employees of media organizations operating within Global Media Group have been named winners in several categories of the competition:
— “Best Reportage” – Aysel Aslan gizi Turan, employee of the Report News Agency;
— “Best Socio-Economic Analysis” – Timur Khanagha oghlu Rzayev, employee of the Caliber.az news portal;
— “Best Interview” – Aygun Azizagha gizi Jafarova, employee of the Kaspi newspaper; Seyyad Mahmud gizi Hasanli, employee of the Report News Agency; and Alemda Elman gizi Hasanova, employee of the Oxu.az news portal;
— “Best Socio-Economic Reportage” – Vusal Rovshan oghlu Lalayev, employee of the Baku TV channel;
— “Best Thematic Reportage (sports, culture, etc.)” – Emin Vagif oghlu Tarverdiyev, employee of the Baku TV channel.
