Global Media Group organizes "Management through Emotional Intelligence" training

On December 3, 2024, a training session titled "Management through Emotional Intelligence" was held for the employees of the companies within Global Media Group.
As part of the two-day program, trainer Gulzar Guliyeva delivered presentations and led practical discussions on topics such as the role of emotional intelligence in management, self-awareness skills, effective communication, decision-making processes, and fostering an environment of trust.
The training was organized to support the professional and personal development of the employees.
